Many WASSCE private candidates would like to know the Nov/Dec WASSCE exam centres in the various regions of Ghana.

Part of the reason is to be able to decide which is the best option available to them.

Now, if you’re one of those private candidates looking for a list of all the Nov/Dec WASSCE centres in Ghana, then you’ve finally found what you’ve spent sleepless nights searching for.

Trust CegastAcademy.com to give you the most reliable information regarding Nov/Dec WASSCE and other related examinations.

Following is a complete list of all the examination centres for WASSCE private candidates in Ghana.

Actual Nov/Dec WASSCE Period

Please note that even though the exam name goes with NOV/DEC, the actual period for the private candidates’ WASSCE is from July/August/September to October each year.

Why July and August?

Because the practical work or project work components of some subjects begin as early as July.

These continue till sometime in early September when Oral English is taken by almost all candidates.

You can easily download and print the international time table for the November/December WASSCE.

Specific Nov/Dec WASSCE Centres

It is important for you to bear in mind that you can only choose from the general WASSCE centres listed in this post.

As you will soon see, these are cities, towns or suburban areas.

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) reserves the sole right to place you in any specific centre.

Here, we are referring to specific schools or any other physical location WAEC deems fit.

For example, if you wish to take the examination in the Central Region of Ghana, as part of the registration process, you may decide to choose Agona Swedru as your examination centre.

And, whether you will be sitting for the exam at Swedru School of Business (where I was an English Language tutor for a very brief period of time) or Swedru Senior High School is something only WAEC can decide for you.

What is in the Admission Notice?

Your specific exam centre is the information you will find when WAEC makes your admission notice available to you just a couple of weeks before the start of the examination.

The other vital information in the WASSCE admission notice is about the specific date and time/duration for each WASSCE subject and paper.

Lest I forget. Your index number is also there.

You can download and print for free your admission notice when the time is due.

The WAEC/WASSCE admission notice is made available to all registered private candidates a few weeks before the start of the examination.

You will find it here.

Here comes your region-by-region list of Nov/Dec WASSCE centres in. That is, if you are a private WASSCE candidate in Ghana.
